Doesn’t suck well and battery stuffed after 1 yr - should have our extra and got the dyson
Betrayed by time
Similar to the other reviews. Lost suction after several months and basically a broom to push dirt around with. Reviews were favourable back then but time has betrayed this once well regarded device, unfortunately.
Don’t buy it!
We always rated Electrolux products highly. This item changed our mind. Flimsy structure, poor performance (deteriorating suction) and high maintenance. Had a technician look at it and he assured us the battery and motor was fine. No amount of filter cleaning and emptying stops it overheating and cutting out. Due to go out of warranty on 18/05/22 and have been told that I need to purchase a new filter unit as it is a consumable. Would love my money back to purchase a traditional barrel vacuum. I do not recommend this item.
