Loved it but….
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look, versatility and weight however, like other reviewers, the battery has died. After contacting retailers who advised they did not have replacement units I looked on-line at replacement. Videos showed replacement was well beyond my capability so disappointed in a product that has obviously had considerable design applied to the ergonomics etc. but little to battery replacement and product longevity.
Battery died within 3 years of use
At first, I loved the product. I still think it's very practical and easy to use, but I got disappointed after calling to buy a replacement battery and was told they no longer fabricate as the model is too old.
I would not buy or suggest buying any of the ergorapido as I think only using it for 3 years or so and then having to dispose of the whole machine is not very sustainable. I will probably go back to the cord vacuums even though they are a bit of pain.
Great features, ... But
After, admittedly, a number of years, 3 or 4, of happily using our Ergorapido vacuum cleaner, the battery has degraded to a stage where it will only run for about 90 seconds before needing to be recharged, and ... wait for it ... a replacement battery is not available. Unbelievable!!!
