Contemporary Induction is fabulous
Our previous Induction stove died after ten years and we replaced with this unit. The technology has greatly advanced with more temperature settings and power auto heat up to heat to max temp rapidly. The optional Plancha Grill plate is excellent using the Bridge function using two elements. Research showed that many challenges have been experienced with the glass top not having a metal edge and suggest home and contents accidental insurance, just in case you chip or break the glass?!
