Very happy now.
My first experience was frustrating as I was unable to change the detergent holder from powder to liquid. My problem was because of the plastic nature of holder I didn't want to apply too much pressure . Online help no help. Finally I managed to remove the container and change to Liquid. Otherwise I gave now having a good experience on laundry day.
Love it
Great washer, love the 15min quick wash. Been awhile since I had to replace a big appliance so glad that nothing has changed with the ease of ordering and delivery with AOL.

Good washing results, quiet, doesn't jump during the spin cycle on the timber floor which means the feet can be adjusted adequately.
I am very happy with the number of programs available. I find more programs means more confusion which one to choose, more time consuming, more things that might need repair and last but not least more cost. Keeping things 'simple' is what made me choose this model plus the fact that I had an Electrolux before.
The only thing that doesn't work on my machine is the 'extra spin option'. According to the manual it is as easy as pressing “Spin” and “Option” at the same time until the 'extra spin' LED lights up. I haven't managed to get this LED to light up, yet.
