Product awesome delivery not so much
The product I purchased was amazing.Great price however once it came to delivery day that was a different story.
Delivery guys were good in keeping in touch but when it came to getting it inside my house a whole different story.Said they couldn’t get it in my front door and I would have to buy a smaller fridge.I told them I’d talk to my son and would arrange to have the fridge raked away the next day.However my son and partner were able to get the fridge inside my house that afternoon.Dont rely on the install process
Perfect replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 4 year old European branded French door refrigerator after it broke down and parts were no longer available. Although that fridge had everything we wanted, we chose Electrolux due to having the same features we required but also having the service for support, if required. So far we have not been disappointed and are extremely happy with our purchase.
Don't reccomend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I love the idea and layout of this fridge freezer and its drawers it does not perform. Ice maker stopped working after 14 months just outside of warranty.
The fridge middle drawer resets its temp on its own. So I've come home to booze drawer switched to freezer, wondered when and how I changed it but after 2 times realised it wasnt me. It was the fridge!! Repair guy said it was a common problem. Now it is not keeping temp in fridge of freezer. Is not 4 years old. Too expensive to only last that long
