Not very good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was to it’s a good unit turns out it’s not many things have gone wrong with it from light on head not working hair cutter not working and Handle broken inside filter needs constant cleaning
Disappointed
Purchased just over 2 years ago (so just out of warranty) especially as told it was designed to deal with pet hair. Began having problems after 12 months with the filter light remaining on and vacuum light working intermittently. Washed and replaced the filter as suggested, did not solve problem so purchased new filters. This has still not solved the problem and the suction has been steadily declining regardless of filter changes and now does not pick up the pet hair. Shop purchased from is no longer in existence.
Poor plastics used that constantly break
The vacuum works well and the space battery is handy, but its seems to have been made out of very brittle plastic. The nozzle attachment broke the first time we used it, now at about 18 months of owning the main stick is broken and won't power the head, the end that connects to the heads has literally snapped off and the main brush head has also broken. A decent machine let down by terrible quality of plastics used. Given the cost of these things and not even getting 2 years out of it, I'm very disappointed. I should have known better, being an Electrolux product it was never going to be any good lets face it.
