The non-woven polyester blanket features a fully-fitted skirt for easy fitting on most mattresses. The controller contains three heat settings and you can use the 12-hour timer to regulate when the blanket’s heat switches off. With waterproof elements, the blanket is safe for a machine wash, and you can count on Dimplex’s double overheat protection to disengage the power if overheating elements are detected.

Dimplex King Electric Blanket - disappointed
On the first blanket, it was OK for the first winter, then had little use in the second winter as we were touring for 10 weeks. One side stopped working at the start of the third winter. Fortunately there is a 2 year warranty. The replacement blanket is OK - except one controller has been mounted with the readout facing inwards. The carry bag supplied was ripped during transit from Perth. AOL then gave us a $50 voucher to be used on our next AOL purchase.
Dimplex Queen Electric Blanket.
This is the second blanket that has become faulty was replaced July 2018 .Now I have to wait for service team to come and check if it can be repaired.
In manual it states if red light is on on back of control the blanket needs to be replaced . Not good .
