Had to get a refund eventually
I ordered this to heat / cool my home office, thinking that it could handle both and was worth the money. Unfortunately, the first one I ordered did not work at all. I turned it on and nothing happened. So I was given a replacement. But then the replacement didn't work. Literally pressing the power button and nothing happens! The manufacturer was unable to solve my issue. So I got a refund. I could have been very unlucky, I guess, but I assume the product itself is a 'lemon'.
