It's an OK air conditioner
Bought it a couple of months ago leading up to the hot days and it's OK, nothing special and I think it would have been cheaper and more economical to buy and run a fan
Terrible and ineffective
I bought this for my new born's room. Whilst delivery and installation were quick and convenient, the price certainly was not an indicator of its quality. It is very loud and the heater cuts in and out every 10 mins, so loud that I can hear it when I lay in bed during the night and it continued to wake my baby. Also, it was very disappointing after paying more than $500 for a heater/AC that the $14 heater from Coles was more effective in heating the room.
