2.5 kW is misleading.
Air conditioners power is measured in kilopascals or btu not KW, as there is no direct conversion without knowing other factors.
This unit has very few functions but still manages to be difficult to use. Remote control commands must be sent separately instead of instantaneously. Well normally quiet when the compressor is on it develops a sporadic harmonic rattle... Since it's near my head in the bedroom, It's hard to sleep even with earplugs. It's a $400 air conditioner for $600.
