This is a totally awesome machine. We had the earlier model for about 7 years and pumped out over 26,000 coffees and cappuccinos, we had to get it repaired a couple of times but it was still a good unit. Whereas this new improved model is way smarter. We have a family of 5 adult living at home that all love a good coffee. This unit allows us to program our own individual recipes so we get the perfect coffee every time. Easy to clean and maintain. Based on our experience with the previous unit - this machine is well worth the investment. You actually save money because you end up buying less take away coffee.

We’ve had this for a few months now. Once we were over the change from our old Saeco Machine (that was 17 years old), it has been fabulous. While it can personalise with synching to your phone, we just press the buttons as needed. THe thermos milk storage has been great in summer - allowing milk frothing as needed but keeping milk cold and food safe. Only downside is the water storage - it is a good size but uses quite a bit for priming and cleaning - would suggest a slightly bigger container. That said, it is not hard to refill when needed.

I purchased this from appliances online and it arrived the very next day, easy to set up, easy to program and easy to adjust to find the sweet spot in how you like your coffee, I have not purchased a single coffee at the shops since buying this product. The machine pays for itself very quick and most importantly I love the design, I love how easy it is to refill, clean and empty the discarded coffee pucks (we throw them on the garden) excellent service from appliances online, I’ve purchased many items from them, my dishwasher, my washer and dryer, all great quality and all still going strong. DONT OD ON COFFEE LOL
