Getting to grips with my new coffee machine
A very comprehensive manual well indexing and easy to read and understand.
I have had this machine replaced under warranty for the other photo.
As with any new complex machine, you need to be familiar with it before you start to ensure that the correct procedures are followed.
Great coffee but poor service when it doesn’t work
I purchased this machine 5 months ago and I absolutely love the coffee it makes. It takes just like I would get in a cafe. Unfortunately the milk frothing facility has never worked! This has taken weeks of emails to get De’Longhi to assist. And now I must package it up and send it to an assessor. While they are paying for transport, who keeps the box after 5 months??? They say I can take it back to the shop for a refund but I can’t imagine Bing Lee accepting it even if I could carry it there. Not sure how this ends but I would just like a machine that works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First coffee machine purchased ever! Loving it… did think it was going to be difficult to use the manual machine but one lesson from hubby and I’m loving it! Perfect coffee and milk to my liking… sooo happy with our purchase… ☺️
