[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was good when it was all working. The milk suction stopped working. Reached out to Deloghi, said to get a new milk system. I did, still doesnt work. Onky the capsule works. Left without a fully working coffee machine with expenses not covered.

Easy to use, great tasting coffee.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Lattissima touch in 2021, it is the most convenient and easy to care for pod coffee machine. Makes a fabulous coffee every time.
The secret to maintaining the machine is to keep the milk container clean after every use, and descale on a regular basis.
