Delicious coffee every time
Love this coffee machine, happy that we decided on this machine as our upgrade program. Same great coffee every time. Easy to use and to clean.
Disappointed
Purchased this machine after using the previous model. The milk container drips milk in the fridge and the settings aren’t great, it hardly fills the cup If you customize I setting as soon as you descale it or turn it off at PowerPoint it wipes it. The previous model was a lot better.
INCONSISTENT MILK SYSTEM
Didn't even have the machine for 1 month and it started to be inconsistent with milk volume or no milk at all when making multiple coffees. Had to send back for repair. Repairer didn't state what the problem was and we've had it back now for 3 days and the same problem is occurring again!! Very disappointed
