Good service from Appliances Online as always, we have used them several times, not sure about Australia Post though! So far as the kettle goes, what can I say, it's a kettle!

I bought this for my mum for Christmas and now i''m envious because it boils quickly and does different temperatures, It is amazing how much better green tea tastes when brewed at a lower temperature.
