So it was a no-brainer when it came time to buy another for my home office. This warms the room beautifully and I often move it to the family room for a different warmth than the aircon puts out.

Great space heater
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own three of these Convector heaters, placed in various positions throughout my home. They are portable, but each has its place in specific rooms and bedrooms. To maintain a comfortable warmth throughout chilly winters, I find these heaters do a good job as a space heater. There are a number of heat settings, rising to a fan setting for quick heating of an area, after which they can be turned down to maintain a comfortable temperature. A timer and ECO setting are there if you wish to use these. My only issue with these is that as the DeLonghi top of the range model, it should have come with a remote control or back lit buttons, which are difficult to negotiate in the dark. I also own the smaller (but powerful) DCH7992ER model for more personal use, and this model comes with a remote control (and oscillation), and I consider a 5 star product. However, owning three of the HX65L22 models, I am obviously very satisfied with this model as a space heater.
