A very stylish coffee machine which makes a really lovely coffee. It's super easy to use and clean and it's convenient to have the option of the ESE capsules. Although we tend to use grounds for better strength. My only complaint about: the steam knob at the top was VERY tight when purchased - so much so it broke off and I had to send the machine back. Second machine I received was also too tight to move and had to take it to a service centre to get them to do it without breaking it. But once that was resolved, we didn't have any further problems. Small irk - would be great if it fit taller cups. Just bear that in mind when purchasing if you like larger mugs.

I bought this a month ago and have loved it from the get go. It's much better than a similar Sunbeam one I had. The coffee is smoother, the parts are easier to clean and it looks great in my kitchen. For some reason it didn't come with a milk jug, but I'm using the one from my old machine, or you can buy them at homeware stores for around $10. I also used it at Christmas to make about 15 coffees for my family, and even though you can only really make two at a time, it worked perfectly. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this as coffee in pods is hugely expensive and not as nice so decided to go back to a normal espresso machine..glad I did
