feels like cheap plastic
holding the kettle feels like cheap and nasty plastic. the frosted glass makes it nearly impossible to see water level indication
Colour perfect
Online graphic this was a perfect colour to match my kitchen but wondered if it would be as online and YES perfect match...well done Delonghi
Love the appearance but find a little loud compared to my previous Russell Hobs kettle.. only fault though
Has a rough texture- makes water taste horrible
You can only boil the amount you need- if you leave water in it and reboil later is develops a horrible taste. My family has had many kettles over the years and we have never had this problem. Also as mentioned the finish on the kettle is rough to touch- it's not a smooth matte finish as the picture shows
