The first time we used it we found a "stirrup" was already broken in the griller door. They are of such poor quality we are hoping none of the others break , specially in the oven door. Also the top grilling shelf is too low from the element to be efficient. It is a basic oven and cooks ok.

I bought this unit just over a month ago and was impressed by the efficient installation of the main unit. However, there has been a mix up in the installation of the steel surround necessary to cover the gaps left between the smaller new unit and the outgoing old unit. The measure up was meticulous and paperwork lodged for a powder white surround to be installed within 3-4 weeks. Initially the drivers set out with the wrong stainless steel surround and we are still waiting for the correct surround to be delivered and installed. In your marketing text there should be more clarity as to the unit's dimensions and this would prewarn purchasers of the perils of installing a new modern unit in the space previously occupied by a much larger out of date unit.
