Works as described, great base model oven, easy to install
for rental property, tenant chose easier to clean
cheaper than faster heating spiral element top - but when discussed with the tenant, they preferred easier to clean. As others said, the back backsplash is shorter than it seems in pix, and has to be fitted (it came attached to the back) - also the tipping-prevention plate for kid safety also attached to the back was not suitable for drilling into a concrete floor so that is something for families with kids who might pull the stove over onto themselves - not relevant to most adults ...
