Great unit, but disappointing service
We ordered and paid for the unit in May, but didn’t receive it until over four months later. The communication was terrible, and I had to chase for an apology. Really disappointed with the service
Easy to Use
Simple to use.
Best feature is thst I can toast a focaccia and not have it turn unto a pancake, due to the height adjustment.
