I bought this as we have a small holiday cottage and I wanted something that did a lot of chopping mixing etc as we are vegetarians and Im sick ion the grater experience. I am finding it encourages me to do take on a few more recipes that have lots of chopped vegetables. Its quite heavy for me as Im not very big but I tend to place the bowls etc in the sinks so I get purchase on the handle. The chopper is fabulous and I appreciate having the two size receptacles it gives a lot more variety in what you can do. The protective stainless steel over the main copper is excellent I want to pulse some scallions and garlic did it perfectly in a small container without spreading over me or damaging anything. I reckon if you want one kitchen appliance this is it better easier than a food process. Highly recommend.
