I loved the features, but it didn't follow through
I got this mid tier dishwasher for our new house and had issues from the beginning. We were getting multiple errors for it not draining even though there was no reason for this to occur. Then it wasn't cleaning properly and every load would have residue left over. We used different washer tablets, rinse aids and cycles to see if this would fix the problem; it didn't.
Customer service was always helpful, however from there it was just a pain to try and get it fixed. The service tech couldn't see any faults with the machine so there was no way to fix it. He replaced a few parts but it didn't resolve the issues.
In the end after about 12 months and 5 service calls, I ended up asking the tech to suggest a replacement instead. Thankfully after 1 weeks time Beko came to the conclusion to replace instead of repair. However, I believe if I hadn't of asked for this it wouldn't have happened.
We have now received a new dishwasher same brand but a newer model and it is better. So I'm assuming we just had a faulty machine. The replacement was delivered, installed and the old one was taken away by 2 lovely blokes.
Quiet, spacious and efficient
I bought this a month ago to replace our broken Bosch and I love it. Easy to use, extremely quiet, plenty of space, lots of features and it was inexpensive.
Great dishwasher
Bought this mainly due to the extended warranty available but I am extremely happy with this dishwasher. It cleans better than our previous Omega dishwasher and is so much quieter. Plenty of cycle options even though I find I generally use the same one
