Works a Treat
Good unit, fits in where the old one was perfectly with no headaches. No problems with operation so far. Install took a while but I wanted it done properly. Ended up mounting it from the back on 4 screws and its not going anywhere. Need to make sure you get all the packaging out around the fan and make sure cord is out of the way. Install was easy as it should be. Looks good. If lights switch is turned on the light comes on automatically when you pull out and then automatically turns off when you close. Great unit - I am stoked.
Excellent value range hood. Strong performer!
Great product for the price point. Clean lines and good finish. Strong performance, yet quiet. The installation instructions were not great. It would have been better of the discharge flange was flush with the body. It just caused un necessary hassle installation. Once it was in, it was great!
Poor Quality Fan
This is the second unit i bought only because it fits in the same gap under the cabinet. The first one lasted about three years. One fan blade broke off completely and got stuck in the motor with another two or three blades breaking on one side. The cylindrical fan is made from some very poor plastic. On the other hand it has realy good suction and is easy to clean. Never had to use more than the first power setting.
