Exceeds expectations!
Good value for money and fits my family's needs perfectly. The shelves and drawers make it really easy to organise and store food easily, and makes it easier to keep tidy too.
So far, Beko seems to be more reliable than Miele.
Having had two Miele upright freezers, both of which failed within the first 8 months of ownership, I decided to try another brand ie Beko. So far, I am very happy with this freezer. Hopefully, this freezer will be more reliable than the previous two Mieles that failed due to electrical issues.

Contacted appliances by phone. Spoke with customer service. Polite, helpful and very easy to speak to. Assisted with appliance and payment. The delivery was as smooth as the purchase, so helpful and genuinely kind. Not your normal contact you get from larger stores. Absolute pleasure dealing with them and would highly recommend. Any new appliances we will definitely use them again.
