We've had it a couple years now. It freezes well, no condensation issues and it holds a fair bit. Problems: The drawers are garbage. They are not wide enough to properly run on the rails for them. So they drop down and the plastic breaks. We've already replaced a drawer front once. Support is ridiculous, they have no idea on spare parts and it's a pain in the backside. There are no real shelves except the top 2 and the plastic flaps... they break easily if you have teenagers who aren't careful. After the debacle with the drawer, we just left the flap off. Oh... it also randomly beeps. No rhyme or reason, just occasionally a beep.

I bought this to replace another upright freezer of another brand that had died. I stumbled across this Beko model when looking for a freezer with the best power saving consumption. Like how we can see everything through the doors & drawers. Only criticism is that the drawers aren't that big, however there are more of them than with my previous freezer, and it takes up slightly more floor space. Very happy with the purchase.

Bought this freezer a year ago and it’s going great to date. It’s ever sooo quiet, does not hum at all, sometimes I have to check to see if it’s running that’s how quiet it is ;D It has a nice quality finish to it with LED light on door to change settings, has light in freezer, has child lock too etc and it self defrosts :)) It’s compact but yet has so much storage space, makes my life so much easier wihen buying extra food, nothing goes to waste now. To add to it’s awesomeness, it’s so economical!
