Break down outside warranty period
Bought first machine late 2019 and broke down Jan 2021. Bought second machine Jan 2021 and broke down Jan 2024. Beko wont support as warranty is 2 years. Asked Beko if they can sell be new machine at discount price as this would be my third machine in 5 years. Beko not prepared to do anything. Seems like these machines break down shortly after warranty period. Will no longer buy. I can't be expected to buy machine every 2.5 years.
