Two powerful independently-controlled stainless steel burners, aided by Quartz Start Ignition, rapidly heat up the large cooking surface. With the versatile cast-iron plate grill, you can cook however you wish with a flat hotplate for bacon and eggs as well as a grill plate for seared steaks.
When the hood is lowered you can even undertake slow convection cooking for flavourful chicken, brisket, pork shoulder, and more. The two side tables are great for preparing side dishes, sauces, or for storing your BBQ utensils and can simply be detached when not in use.

Quartz Start Ignition
Built into the gas control of every burner, the Quartz Start ignition pin is coated in titanium to provide a cleaner spark. This allows for automatic ignition on every burner by separate gas jets. Never needing any adjusting or push-button operation, Quartz Start Ignition makes it a simple matter to get grilling.
