purchased the 3000 series and rang customer service to see if I needed brackets. They told me to purchase the SS Brackets but it was for the 1000 series. Rang beefeater and they said brackets are included in the box. No brackets with the item. I am just chasing my tail and no one wants to sort it out. The website should state clearly all items needed for install and provide accurate details when a customer rings for clarification
