This sleek unit heats quickly and looks amazing. Has an easy to open door that you can open one handed. Only minus is the beeps it makes when time is up.

If the delivery guy did make a big dint on my microwave then I think it is pretty good.
Unlike the LG , the reminder reminder is too long. It is not too noisy. Still need to play with all the function yet! I am happy with the discount for damage but not so perfect.
