If you like to waste time unknotting clothes..
If I could give this machine zero stars I would. If you want to spend 30 mins untying the knotted clothes go for it. Not to mention the wear and tear on your clothes from trying to remove the tangle mass of clothing that is the end result of each wash. If I could stick a screwdriver in the works and be done with it I would. Worst purchase EVER. Ave yourself some heartache and don't touch this machine with a ten foot ple.
avoid at all costs
Have tolerated it for a year, but am forced to replace it. It's not possible it washes the clothes properly because no matter how they are placed in the machine, they come out in a complete tangle. Wrecks underwear.
Bad design
Although I love the display and function buttons being on the front of the machine and the fact that it washes well, there is one thing that lets the whole thing down. At the end of the wash everything is all tangled up and twisted together. Getting your clothes apart without stretching arms and lags and ripping things is a nightmare. Whatever you put in the machine is wrinkled beyond belief and if you aren’t strong or elderly untangling this mess is awful. I bought this machine because it was a Whirlpool and the fact that all the controls were easy to see, but it definitely wasn’t worth it because of the difficulty I face trying to unload it. Deep regrets from a person with physical disabilities.
