Westinghouse Elevated gas cooker
I bought it almost a year ago, to replace my old one, love it, it has more modern features, I feel quite spoilt
Glad the evelated gas cookers are still available
This oven replaced a similar oven that we'd had for over 30 years. If this one lasts as long I'll be very happy. A little annoying that the new oven only comes with 2 shelves, and not the 3 that the previous one had (and the old ones are just slightly wider so I can't re-use them). But I'm happy with it so far and the service from Applicances Online in terms of installation, removal of the old oven, communications about delivery date and time etc was excellent
Great oven. Lighting system for oven is a problem
It all went very well. Delivered. Fitted. Old oven taken away. We love the waist height oven and this is our third over many years. No back bending to handle very hot roasts.
However it is often near impossible to light the new oven. You can spend minutes trying to do it but it just goes off again. We always seem to find a way but it is something about the temperature sensing. Our latest technique is to run the gas for ten seconds and then light it. This often works. Otherwise it goes out. Otherwise no complaints at all but I think this needs fixing.
