Great wash cycles.
Clothes are clean and smell wonderful when the cycle finishes. This is my first front loader and I love it.

Great product and very happy with it. It’s quiet and holds a lot.
It’s a no from me
Not loving it at all. It’s so hard to balance. It can’t be on high spin mode as it won’t spin without walking away really badly and then the clothes are still so wet because it can’t spin out fast enough. Definitely can’t fit as much in as a 9kg top loader. The cycle times are so long! 3-4hrs if not the quick cycles. Really missing my top loader and just wish it would be able to be balanced out properly. The feet are so hard to adjust and it doesn’t seem to make any difference no matter the level. And now I think the rubber feet are damaged because we physically have to hold it place when does spin. Actually really disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would
