The worst oven we've ever used
We have had nothing but problems with this oven since we got it.
It's been a very frustrating experience.
Won't start easily, sometimes for hours. The timer also effects the oven as well.
It turns off in the middle of cooking, sometimes back on and off again.
It really is very frustrating.
Sadly it is out of warranty, we should have done something about it when we first got it.
We thought, we needed time to work it out, but it's the oven itself and we've met other people with the same oven who are all frustrated with it as well.
Efficient Support
We were pleased that the technician shoed up on time for the repair. He also was very efficient in recognizing the cause then to solve it in short period. Finally, he left the area clean and tidy.
