What a fiasco
I bought this new oven over a month ago. I had to wait 3 weeks for the new model, that was fine as I really wanted a side opening door. The oven arrives and was installed when I wasn't at home by my electrician only to find out that the complete door was faulty as in the door was not attached to the oven. The high temperature glue that was supposed to hold the door to the hinge was missing. I had to wait another 4 weeks to have the oven replaced and refitted. NOT HAPPY JAN!!! with the delay and no apologise from the manufacturer. Appliances on line were not very helpful either with this matter. I must so though that I now have a new and working oven and after months I am now happy and glad I didn't swap for a pull down door. Having had 3 other side opening ovens I would never go back to the normal ones.
