Purchased June 2019. It totally died in Jan 2022 and after three attempts to repair it and over a month of having no fridge if freezer. We had taken extended warranty insurance and that company and Electrolux have been emailing each other back and forth before deciding it cannot be repaired but a further two weeks of emails between each other we still have no fridge. We were guaranteed an email reply of a final solution by yesterday but did not hear anything. Another two hours wasted waiting on the phone today and apparently a decision on when they will supply a credit towards another fridge or give us a fridge if of the same value as we originally paid which may not give us a fridge with the features we require and had on our fridge. We have our family visiting from overseas and have been struggling with a small drinks fridge in the garage and a bar fridge. Terrible customer service and communication from both Electrolux and the extended warranty company.

Best buy, big enough for a family of 4, love the adjustable shelves.and the cold water crushed ice anytime.
