Was great - then it broke
I bought this a few weeks ago after our last blender that we had had for >10 years cracked. We decided to spend a bit more as we use it a lot, and at first we loved this machine. Then on Christmas Day making breadcrumbs it just clicked off, never to start again :-( I have emailed vitamix to come good on their warranty - so far no reply. Disappointed.
