Great suction
I haven’t tried out the “wet” yet but am more than happy with it so far
Good Vaccum, cleans floors well.
I bought this a month ago & it works well. The vacuum stick is plastic and is easy to use on floor boards or tiles, but doesn’t seem too strong when using/pushing backwards on carpet. I am only able to push forward once and then need to lift the stick before placing vacuum down again to move. Easy to put together parts for each use.
unusable head
We had to wait months for this to be delivered - seems to be the norm with appliances on line these days- selling products they don't actually have in stock. Such a pity -used to be such a great company to purchase from. The vac itself is fine but the cleaning head- (the bit that is in contact with the floor) is so cheap and badly made that it is impossible to push or pull it across any surface other than tile or lino and even then - on tiles it grabs at the grout lines. Hideous cheap rubbish - luckily the head from our old vacuum cleaner 'sorta' fit on the end of the hose and we are able to use it
