Disappointed
We purchased this shortly after the birth of our first child as we required the convenience of a clothes drier. The washer drier combination worked adequately for a year or two but we began experiencing issues just as the warranty expired. Teka was happy to supply a remedy despite tye warranty officially ending, however the units drier function no longer works and each load of washing takes much longer to complete than the display indicates. It also often fails to adequately spin dry at the end of a cycle and clothes mist be removed and wrung out in order to dry.
Very frustrating as we can now only finish a couple of loads per day.
The machine is also unable to dry without using water, as indicated in the product manual...
Teka Washing Dryer Machine
Best appliance ever invented. Washing drying is done while I am at work or shopping. Its a dream.
The seal has split twice
After the seal splitting about a month after purchase and then claiming it wasn't covered by warranty, it was repaired at my cost the seal has split in exactly the same place again about 4 months later. I haven't done anything, I barely use it as I have another washing machine. The rubber is obviously a bad batch. Don't buy.
