disappointing
I bought this TV based on reviews of TCL HDL TVs in the 53' size. I was extremely disappointed from the moment I plugged this TV in. There was strong halo around any writing on the screen, and the definition wasn't great at baseline and certainly not HDL. I returned it the next day which was incredibly easy and painless thanks to Appliances Online's fantastic service.
Great TV for our bedroom
I bought the TCL 43 inch 4K TV to replace my 32 inch in the bedroom - after upgrading foxtel to IQ4 - the quality is excellent, and the resolution watching 4K is stunning.
