Terrible, Avoid
Loads of issues:
• Serious motion issues, especially with animated content such as Simpsons, South Park and Family Guy
• Recognising the network is a lottery and when it does it often drops the connection
• It dropped the channel tuning
• Selecting a program from the Freeview guide often takes you to the wrong channel
• The Freeview Guide program reminder doesn’t work
TCL said if a technician verified the motion issue they would allow us to return the TV. The tech. came and verified the issue but they still wouldn’t take it back, even with the email trail for everyone to see. Fortunately Appliances Online intervened and we now enjoy a Samsung TV.
Great tv
Love this tv. There is access to just about everything because of google tv. The picture abd sound are excellent. It so easy to use. Love it
Don’t waste your money on this TV
I decided to save some money and buy this TV, never again - the picture quality is POOR, image is not sharp, Colors are not natural, google assistant does not work properly! Even with all the trouble shooting with TCL tech support barely any improvement.
I’m now waiting to have this picked up, unable to watch anything with the poor picture quality. My Aldi TV was way better, the only reason I upgraded was to get a smart TV.
