TCL Best picture for the $$
I moved from a Samsung to a TCL, the picture quality improvement is extremely noticeable, it is superb.
Small trade-offs compared to the Samsung, the remote provided is not universal and does not control other devices connected to the TV other than the soundbar on the eARC connection, Samsung controlled my external STB and DVD player.
It also has a minor issue with audio passthrough from external devices of some older audio formats that Samsung could do natively (this is minor and can be worked around it required some settings changes on the external device). All up I am extremely happy with the purchase.
Best Brand for Price
Plus no Soundbar required! So if you want to go higher than budget but not full blown (sony, Samsung etc), TCL is the go.

Product is awesome and the guys who delivered were very professional.
