I still have not worked out all the features I need a young person to teach me how to use this TV
Great screen, but audio issues
I bought a TCL 55" TV amonth ago, all fine except I have a Yes TV by Fetch box and Netflix connected. When I select Netflix using the Fetch box remote and select a show, the audio is completely garbled. I discovered that if I use the TV remote to switch off TV then back on, sound is OK until I change episodes or a new show, then same thing occurs. A real nuisance. It shows there is some form of compatibility issue twixt the TV and Netflix thro the Fetch box. I spent 8 hours on the phone to all and sundry. Only when contacting TCL themselves did the techy suggest using the Netflix button on the TV remote instead of thro the fetch box was it solved. Nevertheless it shows an issue.
Good product, nice service
I purchased this item a while ago and am pretty happy with the item bought.
Besides, it was delivered very fast without any problems.
