Dear Sirs,
The TV set has found problem: on the TV there is a permanent horizontal line, after contact with TCL Australia, it is confirmed (case #5262) as faulty panel, and I request to replace. Please check the attached photo for reference.
Please take action asap to replace it. Thank you so much!

I bought this TV Thursday night it arrived Friday morning and they took my old plasma away..great service. The TV has all the mod cons full HD, smart TV with wireless connection and great picture quality with a 3yr warrantee, for under $1000 what more could you ask for.
