Great value for money. Easy to use. Picture clarity excellent
that was a great fuss!
I ordered the TCL TV and was delivered quickly but it was faulty. I got it returned on the weekend and the driver came 7am on Saturday knocking the door as it was a raid!
The replacement was missing the legs and I waited a week after I chased & chased to get another replacement. I just hope I have no more issues with it. I think Appliances online get Seconds
Good Features
I bought it a month ago, for two weeks it worked great. In the third week, internet connection started dropping and Netflix won't play. I contacted customer service 4 times and went in circles (explaining my problem to the agents again and again). Finally, on the 5th time was able to arrange a technician visit, mother board and the receptor was changed. TV's been working fine so far.
