Burns everything, even on lowest setting.
Burns everything every time. Particularly edges, whilst leaving other areas uncooked. Burns on the lowest setting, so I'm not game to use anything higher as it might catch alight and burn the house down! Flings toast out into the air! Creates smoke that causes my housemate lung pain! (never before).
Need I go on? It is a heap of *good looking* crap.
Sunbeam used to have a good brand. Not any more.
I will never buy Sunbeam again as this product fails on every aspect. Not interested in a warranty replacement. I'll be returning item to the "Good Guys" for a refund. Gotta say the 1 star I gave it was just for the looks.
Dissatisfied
We broke our no name Kmart toaster (which was better than this product) when moving house 3 weeks ago. I decided to buy something a little better. How wrong I was. If you enjoy you toast cooked unevenly, this product is for you. If you enjoy resetting your smoke alarm when you set the dial higher than 2 (yes, that's enough to burn the edges), then this toaster is for you. I wish I'd bought the Hot Pink toaster in the brand i wanted because they were out of white, because this toaster was a waste of money.
Rubbish Toaster
I bought this 4 days ago, burnt all of the pieces of bread that I was toasting, eventually I managed to get one piece half black and half brown at setting Midway between 1-2 anything else is burnt.
