Just awful
This is the most expensive toaster I've ever purchased and its also the worst performing. I'm so disappointed. Same setting, different results. It has never been consistent
Looks Good Toasts Average
Purchased this to replace our 2 slot Sunbeam which continually had inconsistent toasting results and finally expired just after warranty ran out. For the extra couple of $$ seemed this 4 slice model was a good buy with added capability. However this unit still doesn't toast properly on one side and leaves the top 1/3 untoasted. ( This was pretty much the same result as the old model !)
Very disappointing

Love my new toaster. It can toast both long and thick slices of bread.
