Simple and easy to use
Very happy with this simple and easy to use toaster. The long slot means you can comfortably fit 4 slices of bread in to toast. The dials are pretty straightforward. I also appreciate the slide out "drip tray" at the bottom to get rid of crumbs.

Not what I expected
After a lengthy wait the toaster arrived in undamaged packaging. When I unpacked the toaster, there were 2 small dents either side of the toasting slots. I'm guessing it happened before packing. Very disappointed
