We bought one18 mths ago.barely used it
Mainly cause it keeps beeping.tripping out etc

I purchased this steamer and have not been able to use at all. The low water/check hose button always alarms even though the tank is full and the hose must always be kinked.

During the Christmas vacations, I was visiting my in-laws, there, I used a steamer(I don't remember the brand), and I was pretty impressed. When I returned to Sydney, I purchased the Butler Turbo Garment Steamer. I was pretty disappointed as this steamer leaks a lot, especially when rolled over the floor.
Without an Iron board, the steamer cannot be used.
Always it gives a false alarm "no water".
It's the most terrible experience I had with any steamer.
I cannot even return this steamer as after purchasing this in February 2022, I had to travel overseas for some emergency. Currently, it's sitting idle in my garage. I can sell this either as the person who buys will suffer.
