Garbage, doesn’t toast the outside.
This thing is hopeless. Barely gets the sandwich warm enough to be called a “toastie”. If you like your jaffles toasted with a darker colour than light yellow, buy another brand. After 10 minutes of cooking you still won’t get what you would expect. Very disappointed because I had a sunbeam jaffle maker for 20 years and it was perfect.
Misses the Mark
As a long standing fan of Sunbeam products - many toasters, sandwich makers, jaffle makers, coffee machines, etc - it's unfortunate to report Big Fill Toastie misses the mark on what matters.
Sure, like other Sunbeam products it's well made but it's the result of it's use that's disappointing. A long way short of a good jaffle- no crisping or crunch on the toast. Still requires cutting with a knife.
Sadly, a disappointing buy.
Go smaller
Cannot get bread big enough to fit so rarely seals. If you dont put heaps of filling in bread doesnt toast. Buy the standard toastie maker you will enjoy it more.
